Terms governing your use of the whattobuild.today demand-intelligence radar.

Last updated: 2026-08-29

These Terms govern your access to and use of https://whattobuild.today and its demand-intelligence services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

whattobuild.today surfaces observable web and market signals, including traffic momentum, search intent, domain trends, product-launch signals, and public checkout touchpoints. It is a research tool for discovering and evaluating software opportunities, not financial, legal, tax, investment, or business advice.

Signals, estimates, rankings, and Build, Watch, or Skip recommendations are provided for informational purposes. You remain responsible for validating an opportunity, its legality, its technical scope, market conditions, and your own business decisions.

User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, do not share access in a manner that violates your plan, and notify us promptly at support@whattobuild.today if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of others;
  • attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
  • interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or extract the service at scale without permission, or introduce malware;
  • use the service to make deceptive, unlawful, or harmful claims; or
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service or its outputs unless we expressly permit it.

Payment and Billing

Paid access may be offered as subscriptions or prepaid terms. Prices, features, and billing periods shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Prepaid terms expire at the end of their stated period and do not automatically renew.

You are responsible for accurate billing information and applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges are non-refundable; please contact support before initiating a payment dispute so we can help resolve the issue.

Crawler and Automated Access

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in automated access, scraping, bulk extraction, or other crawler activity. If you believe your account was restricted in error, contact the administrator at support@whattobuild.today with your account email and relevant details.

Amounts paid for accounts restricted, suspended, or terminated because of crawler activity are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, its design, software, content, and branding. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal research and product-evaluation purposes.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. We do not guarantee that every signal, source, ranking, or feature will always be available, complete, current, or error-free.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or others, or if required by law. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and payment provisions, will survive.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
